So, it would appear that I am not in fact dead. This is good news, I think.

I've been ridiculously busy recently. I feel like I've not actually left work for a whole month. This does happen to make sense though because I work in a greetings card shop and it is in fact Christmas time. This equals manic and epic amounts of work. Customers are pretty much clearing the shop as soon as we fill it up, the tills are ringing non-stop and the amount of time spent helping customers means there's little time left for pricing or ordering the stock and all the other things we have to do to keep the shop running. It is fun, though. Just... a little exhausting.

Anyway, Muse was fantastic. Birmingham NIA, Tuesday 10th November: The Edited Version. I was stood at the barrier right in front of Chris. I could not stop staring at him the whole night. MK Ultra. Throwing the megaphone. "There can be only one". Resistance. Nishe. TMNT t-shirt. Getting a copy of the setlist from one of the cameramen. Matt Bellamy. Hullaballoons. "Right, we're going to play the song now". Dominic Howard. And have I mentioned that I could not stop staring at Chris? Seriously amazing night.

I've also recently been unable to stop playing Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles. This game should not be quite as awesome as it is but lets look at the evidence: Hot Leon? Check. Chris not on steroids? Check. Chapters from my favourite RE games? Double check. Crazy man in a dress? Hell yes.

Code: Veronica owns my soul and I am just so in love with this new retelling of it. "I've won this game" --> That right there gave me goosebumps. Though I am sad about the lack of "AAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" in the 2 scenario. D:

And finally, for now anyway, Christmas cards! I'm going to be sending out my Christmas cards at the end of this week and would be more than happy to send some to my amazing friends on LJ. I may not have actually written anything on here for... about the whole year but I've kept upto date with what everyone's up to and you are all still awesome so... If you want one, just PM me with the subject 'Christmas Cards' and leave your real-life human name and full address. I'm not going to pass your address onto anyone else or randomly stalk you. Your details will be kept safe and private, so you don't have to worry about any of that. I'll send cards to anywhere around the world so, as long as you're on Earth at least, you can have a card. ^^

Another Christmas. I love Christmas. I have always loved Christmas. I always will love Christmas.
Why? Three reasons. The Personal. The Spiritual. The Animal.

I still have to go to work. Don't make me, don't make me, don't make me...

I've been looking forwards to it being today, only one more work til the weekend but I just feel utterly miserable and want to find a big hole to hide in. I'm feeling really stressed and I don't really know why and that's making it even worse. I kept crying at work last night for no reason. Every so often I'd catch myself staring at my computer screen without seeing what was on the page and I'd be in tears. Arghhh...

I promised that I wouldn't come on LJ and be all doom and gloom any more but sometimes I just can't help myself.

I do have two things that should make me feel better though. I'm meeting the lovely Fiona tomorrow AND there is some lovely Richardy goodness on my f-list from the absolutely wonderful and gorgeous bellap74 !!!

I shall take my dark cloud away from you lovely people now, hope you are well and having a lovely Friday. Love you all very much. :-)
